Symptoms of NHL include:
- Painless enlargement of a lymph node, probably in the neck, armpit, or groin
- Systemic symptoms:

- Itching, caused by the release of histamines
Patients with systemic symptoms, called “B” symptoms, usually have a more serious case of NHL than patients who do not exhibit “B” symptoms.
