  • New Year, New You

It's New Year's Eve and before the clock strikes midnight, a few possible resolutions for 2011 will have crossed your mind - some more realistic than others. Perhaps weight loss and regular exercise are somewhere on your list. You're not alone. These are two of the most common New Year's resolutions. If you're serious about it this year, here's a helpful motto: "Eat less, move more."

Easier said than done. But it's the only successful secret for weight loss. No complex or fabricated diet will last until next year. If you want to ditch the weight so it'll never track you down again, you can do it. But start slowly, there's no need to rush into an extreme exercise routine or fast until you're famished. Set practical goals and eventually you'll see those pounds melt away.

Check out the links below for realistic exercise and eating goals and habits. With a practical and personlized routine, your weight loss and exercise resolutions will last until 2012...and every year after!

I totally agree that eating habit plays a key in determing health lifestyle.
